Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has issued Amendment No.1 to the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-26828-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, City of Los Angeles – Department of Water and Power. The Amendment will expand the Project footprint to account for clearing and grading at Pole Line 6, Pole Line 5, and grading around Pole 8 to install a foundation and temporary tower. The Amendment shall also extend the Project term.
