Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0104-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Calnev Pipe Line LLC., as represented by Toya Campbell The project is limited to two (2) construction components: a 20-foot by 23-foot concrete mat and approximately 7 feet of rip-rap upstream and downstream. The project also includes grading, evaluation and possible repair of the exposed pipeline. Equipment to be used during project activities includes an excavator, a backhoe, trucks, and hand tools. Following excavation, the trench will be backfilled with native soil and restored to pre-project conditions. The project location will be accessed via an existing dirt road adjacent to the work area.
