Document Description
Provide a secondary emergency access route to the Kern Environmental Education Program camp to improve response time in the event of catastrophic fire or storm. Work will: - Regrade an existing 12 foot wide, 350 foot long road cut totaling 37 cubic yards. Import approximately 52 yards of locally sourced brown or red road base and install and compact it to a depth of 4 inches. - Excavate two 36 inch deep, 24 inch wide post holes at each end of the road totaling 1.32 cubic yards. Install two galvanized gate posts, two aluminum catch posts anchored in concrete and two gates with signage.
