The projects are located within the boundaries of a THP on Spanish Creek, a Class I watercourse that drains into the North Fork of the Feather River in Plumas County, State of California, four unnamed Class II watercourses that feed Spanish Creek, and two unnamed Class II watercourses, one of which is spring-fed, which eventually go underground above Thompson Valley.
