Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), is proposing to construct a paved snowplow turn-around with compacted and paved fill. The turn-around will be approximately 150 feet long and 12 feet wide. The project purpose is to add a snowplow safety turn-around and is needed to allow snowplow operators to safely turn-around, while maintaining the state highway.
