Document Description
New Leaf Cold Storage proposes to construct a new well to replace existing Well 01. Existing Well 01 has had an increasing number of sand issues and produces water with concentrations of uranium above the maximum contaminant level (MCL). The new well and its supplemental components will be constructed within New Leaf Cold Storage property. It is anticipated that there will be a submersible electric pump and motor. The new well will be connected to the water system via a new pipeline that will connect to the existing pipeline and distribution system. The new well will have a 6-foot, 10-inch by 6-foot, 10-inch concrete foundation constructed around it.
