- Document Description
- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SHA-14587-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Todd Hawkins. High flow events in Lack Creek (an intermittent tributary to Bear Creek) have historically resulted in substantial flooding and sediment deposition on the subject property. An existing overflow diversion and retention pond installed within the flood zone contains and directs excess flow, preventing property damage. This project consists of the continued maintenance and operation of the facility.
