Document Description
General Plan Amendment, Rezone, Minor Boundary Line Adjustment, Tentative Parcel Map, and Conditional Use Permit to construct the Baseline Commercial Center, a 31,200 square-foot neighborhood shopping center consisting of a 6,500 square foot gas station/convenience store with a drive-through car wash and 16-pump gas station, a 2,500 square foot oil change/auto repair building, a 2,500 square foot fast-food restaurant with drive-through, four additional retail buildings ranging in size from 3,200 square feet to 6,500 square feet, as well as associated parking.
