The project proposes to rehabilitate pavement, upgrade guardrail, and make curbs Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant. Purpose: Extend the existing pavement life by 5 to 7 years and improve the ride quality. Need. Pavement within the project limits is exhibiting minor distress and ride quality is deteriorating.
