Document Description
Caltrans is proposing to construct two median islands on U.S. Route 395 at the Church Street (PM 115.50) and Horace Albright Avenue (PM 115.80) cross streets. Installation of both medians will utilize existing road base as foundation. Object markers will be present on both medians, in addition to a traffic regulatory sign at the PM 115.80 Median spot location. Closure of the number one lanes in both directions (US 395) and the existing median will be required during construction. All work will be conducted within the roadway and current right of way limits.
