Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes construction of a replacement well for the existing Well No. 13, site development, a 250,000-gallon storage tank, granular activated carbon treatment for 1,2,3-TCP removal, booster pumps, hydropneumatic tank, electrical and controls, below-ground piping, and an emergency generator. The existing Well No. 13 facility will be removed from the site and the well will be abandoned in place.
