Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-STA-32852-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Stanislaus County. The project involves the demolition of the existing 131-foot by 20-foot-wide Tim Bell Road Bridge (Bridge No. 38C- 0073) and replacement with a 160-foot by 26-foot-wide two-lane bridge structure and 906 feet of additional road improvements from 216 feet south of the bridge and 690 feet north of the bridge. Improvements include realignment slightly east, grading for increased elevation, paving, striping, and railing along the approach roadway on either side of the bridge within existing County right-of-way and private residence on the parcel west of Tim Bell Road.
