Document Description
The City of Elk Grove is proposing revisions to the Southeast Industrial Area (SEIA) (the Project) Specific Plan, and accompanying technical studies and master plans, which would provide for updated designs for roadway layout, water and sewer facility layouts, and incorporation of proposed Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) facilities. Concurrently, the proposed action would incorporate a Water Supply Assessment (WSA) into the Project environmental analysis and would disestablish two agricultural preserves established by Sacramento County under the California Land Conservation Act (the Williamson Act). There are no proposed changes to the land uses or zoning planned within the Project.
