The project will lease about 600 square feet of space for AT&T to remove an existing “cell on wheels” (COW) tower and standby generator mounted on a trailer and construct a 72-foot monopole with antennas and 30 KW (less than 50 bhp) diesel generator mounted on concrete slab. Project construction consists of removing vegetation, trenching, and excavation for a ten-foot underground concrete caisson foundation. Additional site work includes installation of communication and power lines to energize supporting axillary telecommunication equipment. Fencing will enclose the lease space. The project will allow modernization of telecommunication site.
