Issue a Right of Entry Permit to the Phoenix Place Homeowners Association (HOA) to allow the permittee or their contractor to perform vegetation modification adjacent to the HOA within Folsom Lake State Recreation Area consistent with the Department's "Guidelines for the Protection of Structures from Wildland Fire" and will comply with all conditions identified in the Right of Entry Permit.
