Document Description
The South Ontario Logistics Center Specific Plan (project site) is located in the southwest portion of Ontario, bound by Eucalyptus Avenue to the north, Campus Avenue to the west, Merrill Avenue to the south, and Grove Avenue to the east. This NOD Is limited to the second reading by the City Council of a Specific Plan (PSP19-001). which proposes to allow for the development of an industrial and business park encompassing 23 parcels and totaling 219,39 acres. All other related project files, including a General Plan Amendment for the project site (PGPA 19-004) and an update to the City's Housing Element, which included approval of an SB330 Replacement Site Overlay District (File Nos. PGPA21-004, PZC21-002, and PDCA21-001), were approved by the City of Ontario City Council on March 1, 2022, after which a Notice of Determination (NOD) was timely filed on March 2, 2022, with the County Clerk and State Clearinghouse.
