- Document Description
- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to remove and replace one guardrail adjacent to Lucerne Harbor County Park between post miles (PM) 17.28-17.30 on State Route (SR) 20 in Lake County. This project was original part of another Guardrail project (01-0J030), but was turned into its own project. The existing guardrail (138 linear feet) would be removed. At the box culvert, the guardrail posts would be connected to the existing anchor bolts. The purpose of this project is to improve safety by upgrading existing guardrail elements, which do not meet current design safety standards.
