The proposed project is a subdivision dividing the approximately 25,444
square foot (0.58 acre) parcel into two residential parcels. Parcel 1 of the
subdivision comprises of 9,547 square feet at the front of the site and
Parcel 2 of the subdivision is a 12,892 square foot flag lot to the rear.
Approximately 3,010 square feet of Parcel 2 would be a part of a 20-foot
wide shared access corridor/driveway that would provide access to both
lots. The project includes the removal of nine trees.
