Document Description
The City prepared an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for this project in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and CEQA Guidelines. The EIR evaluated the nature and extent of any adverse effects on the environment that could occur if the project is approved and CITYOF ~ SANJOSE Planning, Building and Code Enforcement CAPITAL OF SIUCON VAILEY CHRISTOPHER BURTON, DIRECTOR Notice of Determination for GP19-010, PDC20-023, PD20-013 Page 2 of 3 implemented. The evaluation determined that the project would not have a significant and unavoidable impact with the implementation of mitigation measures. Significant impacts were identified for biological resources, cultural resources, greenhouse gas emissions, and hazards and hazardous materials.
