Document Description
The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) C Line (Green) Extension to Torrance Project (Project) is a proposed light rail transit (LRT) line that would extend approximately 4.5 miles from the end of the of the existing Metro C Line (Green) at the Redondo Beach (Marine) Station in Redondo Beach southeast towards Torrance. The purpose of the revised NOP is notify interested agencies and parties, local jurisdictions, community organizations, and interested residents of the the preparation of the Draft EIR for the Project.
