Document Description
The Evergreen Valley College Facilities Master Plan Draft EIR analyzes the environmental impacts of implementation of the Evergreen Valley College Facilities Master Plan (EVC FMP). The San José Evergreen Community College District (SJECCD) proposes to construct and implement the Vision 2030 EVC FMP, which includes renovations throughout the EVC campus, demolition of aging structures, construction of new structures, and upgrades to existing transportation and circulation facilities.
