construct and implement the Vision 2030 Evergreen Valley College Facilities Master Plan (EVC FMP), which includes renovations throughout the EVC campus, demolition of aging structures, construction of new structures, and upgrades to existing transportation and circulation facilities. A detailed project description is included in the Initial Study referenced in this notice.
