Document Description
Request for a Design Review Hearing to build a new 100% affordable 92-unit Multifamily Senior Housing Development (averaging 526 sq. ft.) on a 2.29-acre parcel. Development will consist of a single three-story building, with elevators, solar panels, 95 parking spaces (some may be covered), a clubroom, lobby, exercise stations, and other outdoor communal areas. Building average roof height to be 39 ft., with a highest point of 44 ft. A 7-ft. wooden fence is also proposed to surround the site. This development follows the conditional approval for the closure of an existing mobile home park on the same property, approved though UPE20-0035. See Parent Project Application PLP20-0020.
