Document Description
This project is located at the CAL FIRE Bradley Station at 65789 Bradley Road, Bradley, CA 93426. The project involves the installation of a DG50-2 Caterpillar generator and to provide electrical power to the facility in the event of a power outage. The generator measures approximately 7’ x 3.25’ x 4.5’ and weighs 2,110 lbs. A 9’ x 14’concrete footing will be poured to provide a level foundation for the generator. Existing propane tanks will be utilized to fuel the generator. Minor trenching will be completed at lineal distances of approximately 15’ to and at a depth of 30 inches to connect the propane tank to the generator and then the generator to the station electrical system. All project work will occur in areas that have already been developed and consist of existing infrastructure and structures. Project duration is anticipated to take 1-2 weeks.
