The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-KER-24500-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicants, 50LW 8ME LLC, 26SB 8ME LLC, 51LV 8ME LLC, and 59TC 8ME LLC. The Project includes activities related to the construction of a utility-scale photovoltaic solar generation facility over 8,371 acres and a 14.5-mile-long generation-tie transmission line. Activities will include the installation of solar panels, perimeter fencing, collector lines, gen-tie installation, tension pulling sites, access roads, and Arizona-style road crossings. Other activities will include the construction of operations and maintenance buildings, solar
infrastructure, and staging/storage areas that will support the solar facility.
