An EIR Addendum was prepared to evaluate minor modifications to the Project’s Brackney North section since certification of the Final EIR. Modifications to the previously approved Brackney North section include changes to the construction duration, daily work hours, number of daily workers, use of nighttime lighting for construction, and a minor increase in the pipeline length. The changes would not have significant impacts beyond those analyzed in the Final EIR.
