Document Description
The Project consists of the southern segment of the proposed Newell Creek Pipeline which extends from the Felton Booster Pump Station (FBPS) to the Graham Hill Water Treatment Plant (GHWTP). The Project includes installation of approximately 25,872 feet of new 24-inch pipeline within existing road pavement, road right-of-way, and/or existing City easements along Graham Road from the FBPS to Pipeline Road, and it will replace the southernmost section of existing pipeline located in Graham Hill Road from Pipeline Road to the GHWTP.
