Document Description
The Project consists of replacement of 8.75 miles of the existing Newell Creek Pipeline with a new 24- inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ductile iron or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipeline. The pipeline generally would be installed within existing road pavement, road right-of-way (ROW), and/or existing SCWD easements. The proposed northern segment etends from the Newell Creek Access Road Bridge to the Felton Booster Pump Station on Graham Hill Road at Zayante Road. The proposed southern segment.
