Document Description
The 2020 Del Norte RTP is the planning blueprint to guide transportation local, state, and federal investments in the County over the next 20 years. The project area is the entire County. Each RTP project contributes to system preservation, capacity enhancement, safety, and/or multimodal enhancements. The RTP develops a coordinated and balanced multimodal regional transportation system that is financially constrained to the revenues anticipated over the life of the plan (2040 ).
