Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes: Replacement of original vitrified-clay and tar-coated steel pipe and appurtenances delivering raw sewerage to three biological treatment ponds. Installation of approximately 1,800 feet of six-inch perforated drainpipe along the top of underlain bedrock profile traversing the northerly pond perimeter of the wastewater pond site. Raising berm height on Ponds one, two and three in elevation by one foot for freeboard purposes and compliance with the Sacramento, Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board regulations. Dredging tule clusters in Ponds one through four per conditions stated in the Lake Berryessa Resort Improvement District’s Waste Discharge Requirements.
