Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of up to 2.4 million square feet of logistics center uses on 161 acres of the project site. Phase 1 consists of approximately 1.1 million square feet on the eastern portion of the project site. Phase 2 consist of approximately 1.3 million square feet on the western portion of the project. The City of American Canyon would extend Devlin Road through the project site to connect Green Island Road and Middleton Way.
