Document Description
The proposed project is a Use Permit for a new Intermediate Freestanding Commercial Telecommunications Facility, intended to replace the existing 90-foot high monopole and associated ground equipment, with a new 90-foot high monopole and associated ground equipment, including new walk-in cabinets and a 30kW 2.4L diesel generator for the purpose of backup emergency power, within a 19' x 18' lease area enclosed by a 8-foot chain link fence. Project site is located on a 76.04-acre parcel zoned DA B6 20, MP, BH LG/116 SR.

The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) as the lease area will cover 19’ x 18’ and environmental effects of the project would be negligible. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
