Document Description
The Project includes consolidation of Century Mobile Home Park, Silvio-Avalos property, and interested residences in the Project’s vicinity to the City of Stockton’s water system. The Project construction includes installation of a 12-inch diameter water line of approximately 1,100 linear feet along Highway 99 Frontage Road (Kingsley Road) to Century Mobile Home Park. This extension will connect to an existing water main in south Stockton. Additionally, a 12-inch diameter water line will be installed from Kingsley Road extension along Sunny Road to Silvio-Avalos property. The water lines will be installed within existing rights-of-way. Short spurs from the water line will extend out several feet to serve fire hydrants and to provide water service to adjacent parcels at a few locations along the pipeline alignments. Existing wells from both water systems will also be filled and abandoned. Construction of the Project will involve trenching, pipeline installation, and backfilling of the trenches.
