- The State Water Board is approving a Water Supply Permit Amendment for the operation of Boulevard Heights MWC’s new water storage tank. The new tank was constructed to replace an old 65,000-gallon water storage tank to meet current use and storage need in compliance with California Code of Regulations, title 22, section 64554(a). The new 99,900-gallon storage tank is located in a fenced existing facility in a residential neighborhood. The new tank will be connected to the distribution system onsite. The old 65,000-gallon tank was dismantled and removed.
