Document Description
• A change in permitted hours of operation for the public from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday; to 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. • An increase to the permitted maximum tonnage from 500 to 750 tons per day. • Removal of the permitted traffic volume limit on the permit cover page and instead updating the permitted traffic volume to state: the traffic to be controlled pursuant to Title 14 CCR, section 17867(a)7 Traffic flow into, on, and out of the composting operation or facility shall be controlled in a safe manner. • An increase to the permitted area from 30 acres to 120 acres; and • An increase to the design capacity from 30,000 cubic yards to 300,000 cubic yards.
