Document Description
The Project involves the expansion of the Old Durham Wood facility and will be broken into two phases. Phase I will occur first and includes expanding the existing facility by an additional 64 acres. Phase II will include installing an access road on the perimeter of the stormwater retention area to the east. Phase I will include a full buildout of the site and will permanently impact 0.438 acres of aquatic habitat.
