Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as SCADA Implementation Project. The Project consists of modernization upgrades to the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for the City’s sewer utilities. This includes the installation of new computer software, upgrades to existing communications and installation of monitoring equipment and related electrical upgrades at existing sewer facilities. These activities do not require any major construction and are not anticipated to significantly impact the environment.
