Document Description
The Winters Joint Unified School District is proposing a Removal Action Work Plan (RAW) for contaminated soil removal, prepared by Padre Associates, lnc., on behalf of the District, for the Winters High School Modernization Project. The RAW includes a detailed engineering plan for conducting the selected response action (RA) for each chemical of concern (COC) and the goals to be achieved by the RA, as required by California Health and Safety Code Section 25323.l.The selected response action for identified COCs (dieldrin and lead) in soil is the excavation and offsite disposal of impacted soil.
