The proposed project will remove and replace existing roofing with new PVC roofing or new standing seam metal roofing, both with rigid insulation and flash all piping and conduit penetrations. It will replace existing turbine vents, gutters and down spouts, remove existing abandoned exhaust fans and provide structural
analysis for possible future roof-mounted photovoltaics.
