Document Description
The proposed project will remove and replace approximately 1,175 linear feet, of existing failed, underground hydronic loop at the Veterans Home in Barstow, California. Trenching will be 8ft. wide, 4ft. to 6ft. in depth. Routing and elevation of piping should match existing system. The work will be conducted adjacent to 5 of the existing building structures. The demolition work includes removal of existing hydronic piping system, and selective demolition of existing paving, sidewalk, curbs, gutters, landscaping and irrigation as necessary to facilitate installation of a new hydronic piping system. The new work includes installation of new hydronic piping and appurtenances, trench backfill, earthwork, grading, AC paving, site concrete, site metals, landscaping, and irrigation.
