- The project proposes to construct a new pier and covered boatlift associated with parcel # 060-022-01 @ 7655 Milos Court, Lucerne, CA 95458. The total combined area of the pier (4’x 40’), gangway (3’x 24’) and the covered boatlift (18’x 30’) is 772 square feet. Construction includes the installation of four (4) 8” pilings and six (6) 10” pilings, for a total of ten (10) pilings. There is an existing sea wall present.

- Reasons for Exemption
- Class 3 – New Construction. The project consists of construction of a new pier, gangway and boatlift as an accessory structure to a residence. No littoral vegetation will be removed. All work in the lake will occur between October 15 and December 31. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
