The project proposes to lease storage space at 1101 S Street in Sacramento, California. This space will be utilized for construction and maintenance equipment and supplies for various CAL FIRE tradesmen employees. The property is comprised of 12,800 square feet of land area and an approximately 600 square feet metal building. The space has previously been used for automotive repair and the perimeter is secured with wire and wood fencing. The site is currently being utilized as a parking lot and storage shop. No ground disturbance is proposed as the property will be used only for storage of construction tools, equipment, and vehicles. Installation of additional improvements may include security fencing, alarm system, and portable storage containers.
