- Document Description
- DWR San Joaquin Field Division (SJFD) plans to repair and reinforce an existing drain. This work will include constructing an open-air concrete culvert, a river rock bed, and 4 gabion structures. The drain is used to redirect water from winter storms away from the Polonia Pass Pumping Plant (POPP) and when draining the POPP forebay for maintenance and repair. These improvements to the drain are needed to prevent any further damage/erosion to the adjacent ephemeral drainage.
