Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as Willow Creek CSD Brannan Mountain Water Storage Tank. The Project includes construction of a steel water tank. The tank size will be either 72 feet in diameter, storing 650,000 gallons of water or 60 feet in diameter, storing 409,000 gallons. In addition, the proposed Project includes concrete foundations, appurtenances, storm culverts, fencing and gate, asphalt pavement around the tank, and a new water pipeline that connects the new water tank to the existing distribution system located at the intersection of Brannan Mountain Road and Stage Coach Lane. The proposed water pipeline is 12 inches in diameter and will run for approximately 500 feet from the new tank to Brannan Mountain Road.
