Generally, the Proposed Project would modernize Marston Middle School, including demolition of existing portable classrooms and portions of the existing decomposed granite playgrounds, construction of a new gymnasium and joint use field, reconfiguration and expansion of the parking area, interior renovations to all buildings, concrete paving replacement with ADA compliant pathways, and the installation of new and upgraded safety and security features such as fencing, security cameras, emergency public address systems, and other security upgrades such as key-card access readers.
