Document Description
The project includes amendments to the Sacramento County Zoning Code (Zoning Code) to implement the provisions of Sections 65852.2 and 65852.22 of the Government Code which govern the development of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The amendments do not allow for additional ADUs in areas where they currently cannot be developed and only streamlines the County approval processes for ADUs bringing the Zoning Code into compliance with State Law.
