About 200’ of HMA dike will be removed where tree roots have heaved the dike and shoulder. The shoulder will be reconstructed in this area to provide more area for the trees. Conform pavement grinding will occur at driveways, road connections, and at the beginning and ending of construction. Shoulder backing wider than 3’ will be provided in several areas commonly used for vehicle parking.
