Notice of Exemption. The County of San Luis Obispo Public Works Department, with help from the Rural Community Assistance Corporation, is preparing a planning grant application with the goal of receiving Proposition 1 funds to do all preliminary engineering associated with needed Shandon's Water System Improvements Projects. Information collection through pilot studies, test wells, and grading boreholes is proposed. Proposition 1 funds are via the State Water Resources Control Board.
