Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification No. 1600-2018-0009-R3), pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jim Vattuone. This remediation project was initiated in response to a CDFW Notice of Violation (NOV) and subsequent Civil Complaint filed under Fish and Game Code Section 12025 for activities associated with cannabis cultivation. Project activities include culvert replacements, stream channel restoration, sediment source removal, stream diversion, road improvements, reservoir overflow pipe and channel armoring, and the installation of passive reservoir bypass system.
