UC Davis Health proposes a lease extension of an existing building located at 550 West Ranch View Drive, Rocklin, CA 95765. The lease term will be ten (10) years with renewal options. UC Davis Health currently leases the existing 43,068 square foot medical office space in a portion of the building since 2008. The current lease expires on August 12, 2023. UCDH proposes to amend the lease to early exercise its 2, 5-year options in the current lease and add an additional 2-year term such that the expiration of the Lease Term will be August 12, 2035.
